# A LayerZero CLI for cross-chain PYUSD

I built a CLI and reference implementation for cross-chain PYUSD transfers using LayerZero.

Repo: [mono-koto/pyusd-layerzero-cli](https://github.com/mono-koto/pyusd-layerzero-cli).

LayerZero's docs are solid on protocol and architecture, and they give you the configuration references you need. But moving PYUSD from one chain to another right now means assembling a lot yourself: PYUSD is represented differently on different chains, some transfer paths require intermediate steps, testnets don't have existing PYUSD0 deployments, and the most useful libs live in a devtools repo you only find by poking around.

This is an underappreciated category of work — the end-to-end implementation that should exist but doesn't yet. The code itself is mostly a byproduct. The primary value is showing what's possible.

If you're working with PYUSD across chains, the repo is a reasonable place to start.
